A Present for an Unknown Person

 Hamburg, 11 December 2007

Ivy, the lifestyle portal with a good purpose, (www.ivyworld.de) surprised the man in his sleep: The telephone rang saying that it was Gordon from Iowa. Ivy editors Alex Böker und Michalis Pantelouris gave him the good news that the rest of his days would be carbon neutral. A dream? No, Ivy offset approximately 60 Kilograms of CO2 via greenmiles. This is roughly the amount that an American causes daily. No one knows whether Gordon continued to sleep soundly afterwards. In any case, Ivy will continue to brainstorm good ideas for a better world.
